Artist: Joanna A. Age: 7 Title: Misty Media: Crayola Markers and Colored Pencils Joanna loves horses, being around them, drawing them, and reading about them. This drawing was inspired by Marguerite Henry's famous horse book Misty of Chincoteague. On a recent vacation to Virginia, Joanne got to see the real wild horses of Chincoteague. Diagnosed with complex partial seizures when she was three, Joanna lives a nearly seizure-free life due to medication. |
