Artist: Laura S. Age: 26 Title: Confusion Media: Pencil, Colored Pencils "Sometimes I feel I am in a labyrinth of questions and very few answers," says Laura. She is constantly confronted with bad news about her epilepsy, from the fact that her multiplying seizures could damage her motors skills and ability to speak, to the possibility that her medications will cause her teeth to fall out. This drawing reflects her daily struggle to make sense of everything in her life, and her hope that everything will turn out for the best in the end. |
